The Doctoral College "Advanced Functional Materials" of the University of Vienna and

and the EU-Marie-Sklodowska-Curie Doctoral Network "Quantum and Classical Ultrasoft Matter"

are co-organizing a Summer School with the topic

Topology and Materials

from July 16 to July 22, 2024

in Villa Monastero, Varenna, Lake Como, Italy

as Course 215 of the International School of Physics "Enrico Fermi", sponsored by the Italian Physical Society.

The course will cover important aspects of topology relevant to both soft- and hard-matter condensed matter physics.
