There are a limited number of places remaining for the MMM Hub Conference and User Meeting taking place at UCL on 3rd and 4th September 2019, therefore we have decided to extend the deadline for another two weeks to Monday 15th July 2019.

This is a fantastic meeting, bringing together leading researchers in the materials and molecular modelling community from across the UK and beyond, who will be joined by selected contributed speakers, and accompanied by an extensive poster presentation.

Through a mix of keynote, invited, and contributed talks and posters, the meeting will provide an excellent opportunity for researchers at all levels to learn about the forefront of this important field and to showcase their most recent results.

Users of the Thomas HPC facility are particularly encouraged to attend and to present their most exciting research results obtained on Thomas. Following on from the success of 2018's flagship event, the MMM Hub Conference and User Meeting will again host an on-site 'Thomas Helpdesk', where the team instrumental in Thomas' operational success will be available to discuss all aspects of this essential HPC resource. Delegates can approach the Helpdesk with inquiries about job submission, scheduling, code compilation, datasets, software installation, disk quotas, data usage and more. Representatives from hardware manufacturers Intel and Lenovo will be on hand throughout the meeting.
