The primary objective of the proposed workshop is to interconnect different communities involved in quantum-based molecular dynamics modelling working on large scale atomistic simulations of materials and devices, regardless the specific scientific subarea of interest. The workshop will focus on computational and theoretical challenges and techniques, to encourage a strong multidisciplinary approach. We aim for encouraging dialogue between ab-initio, semi-empirical, empirical and classical methods communities.
