Apologies for cross posting!

It is our great pleasure to announce that next edition of the International Conference on Molecular Electronic Structure (MES 2024) will take place in Pescara (Italy) from September 22nd to 25th, 2024. Following the tradition of this conference series, we aim to bring together prominent and young scientists from all over the globe working in the field of molecular electronic structure and related areas, as well as the supporting mathematics.

The main topics of interest for this conference include, but are not limited to:
 
Explicit correlation
Density matrix theory (RDM)
Quantum chemistry beyond gaussians (STO, Sturmians, etc.)
Relativistic Effects
Excited states
Stochastic approaches (Quantum Monte Carlo)
Development of potential energy surfaces

Contributed papers will be presented in a poster session and some of them will be selected for hot topic oral presentation.

The town of Pescara is situated along the Adriatic sea coast and the conference venue is on the nearby hills, in a park of pine and olive trees, 700 mt. from the beaches.
