We are glad to announce the conference on 'Emergent Phenomena in Quantum Materials (E-QMAT) 2022' which will be held at the Department of Physics, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India during October 12-14, 2022.

This conference is organized as part of celebrations to commemorate 175 years of Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (erstwhile University of Roorkee). Focus of the conference will be on the most recent challenges in areas of quantum magnetism, topological phase of matter, superconductivity, low-dimensional electronic systems, multiferroic materials, quantum phenomena at the artificial interfaces and in the
engineered materials etc. The conference will host international experts working in these areas. The conference will be in hybrid mode (both offline and online).

Papers presented at this conference will be invited for submission in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series (IOP Publishing) as full-length (no page limit) articles which will be published online after the peer-review.
