There will be a 5-day training school on simulation of materials and biomolecules at Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, Colombia, 25-29 June 2018
The school will be based on DL_Software (http://www.ccp5.ac.uk/), the collective term for a range of scientific software packages developed at Daresbury Laboratory, United Kingdom and spanning across multi- length and time scales. This is an opportunity for current and potential users of DL_Software to learn how to use these programs and what methodologies and algorithms they include. This School is intended for newcomers to the science of molecular simulation and will provide a comprehensive introduction to the methodology, practical sessions on computational methods and examples of the power and versatility of simulation methods also offers demonstrations and hands-on sessions giving users the opportunity to compile, run and experiment with the programs as well as interact with their developers.
