Dear colleagues and Psi-k-ers,

If you are going to the next APS March Meeting in Boston (Monday,
March 4, 2019 - Friday, March 8, 2019), we would like to attract your
attention to the focus session

16.1.3 Electrons, phonons, electron-phonon scattering, and phononics (DCOMP, DMP)

The session is organized by David Singh, Ronggui Yang, and Matthieu Verstraete, under
the aegis of DCOMP, and will focus on the physics of the coupling of
electrons and phonons, through theory and numerical methods. We are
continuing our expansion into thermal logic and phononics, but will also
feature electrical and thermal transport, thermoelectrics, traditional
and exotic superconductivity, and anharmonic dynamics.

You can submit your abstract directly at: https://www.aps.org/meetings/march/abstracts.cfm

Note that APS now runs through an external service Scholar One from Clarivate.

Select the Focus Session as Category 16.0 and subcategory 16.01.03 in the drop down lists in Step 3.

If you are very quick (tonight Friday 24th) you can still submit proposals for invited speakers - we will finalize our selection in the coming weeks with APS.

Thank you for your input, all the best, and see you in Boston,

David Singh, Ronggui Yang, and Matthieu Verstraete
