GPAW is an open-source electronic structure code supporting multiple numerical representations of wave functions (localized basis functions, planewaves, and finite-difference grids). GPAW hosts a wide range of computational and analysis tools, and there is a continuous international effort to develop the code. The objective of the GPAW workshop is to gather the GPAW user and developer community present and discuss new implementations, use cases, under-the-hood improvements, inter-code operability, and future developments.

The GPAW workshop will be held online from June 1 to 4, 2021, on afternoons in Central European Summer Time. The program will feature talks, poster session, discussions, and possibility for hands-on help. The workshop is free of charge.
